3. Single point of contact for authorities

Communications may be sent in Romanian or English. We undertake to respond to legitimate requests from authorities within reasonable timeframes, in accordance with DSA obligations and applicable law.

Users of our services can contact us for general questions, technical support or requests related to contracted services at [email protected].

You can also use the contact form available on the contact page of the wns.ro website. We respond to requests as quickly as possible, usually within 48 business hours.

5. Illegal content reporting mechanism

Webnet Solutions SRL provides IT infrastructure services (hosting, servers, cloud, email, etc.). Content published or stored on our infrastructure is generally managed by hosted clients, who bear primary responsibility for the legality of the content.

Anyone who believes that illegal content is hosted on our infrastructure may submit a notice to [email protected]. The notice should include, where possible:

  • The exact URL or precise location of the reported content
  • A clear description of the content and the reason it is considered illegal
  • The legal or factual basis for the report
  • Contact details of the reporter (name, email)
  • A good-faith statement that the information provided is accurate and complete

6. Review and action procedure

Upon receiving a notice regarding allegedly illegal content, we follow the procedure below:

We confirm receipt of the notice and register the request.

We assess the notice from a legal and technical perspective, verifying whether it is sufficiently precise and substantiated.

Where appropriate, we notify the hosted client and request clarifications or corrective measures.

We take appropriate measures, which may include: requesting removal or blocking of content, temporary suspension of the affected service, or other actions proportionate to the nature of the violation.

We keep a record of the notice and measures taken, to the extent required by law.

We communicate the decision taken to the reporter, to the extent possible and permitted by law.

Response times depend on the complexity of the case and applicable legal obligations. We strive to treat notices with high priority when there are clear indications of illegal content.

7. Transparency reports

Webnet Solutions SRL is not designated as a very large online platform (VLOP) or as a very large online search engine (VLOSE) within the meaning of the DSA Regulation.

Therefore, we do not publish an annual DSA transparency report. Relevant information on contact points, the reporting mechanism and the review procedure is available on this page.

Upon request from competent authorities, we can provide additional information on notices received and measures taken, in accordance with applicable law.
