1. General terms
1.1. This document containing the terms and conditions applicable to buyers (referred to as "Terms and Conditions") sets out the conditions under which any person may access the Site and may conclude a distance contract for the purchase of services offered for sale through it.
By accepting the conditions set out in this document when placing and paying for an order on the site, a distance contract is concluded between you and our company; we therefore ask you to read this document in full before using the services provided by our company.
1.2. Users understand and accept that continued access to or use of the Site, as well as the purchase of services on the Site, constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

1.4. For the purposes of the Terms and Conditions, the following terms mean: a) "Site Administrator" means Webnet Solutions SRL, with its registered office at Aleea Trandafirilor 3 Bl. E3 Sc. A Ap. 1, Eforie Nord, Constanța; b) "Site" or "wns.ro" means the website https://wns.ro
2. How it works
2.1. wns.ro is the services website of Webnet Solutions SRL, which provides access to a range of business services. Orders placed on wns.ro are confirmed by a registration email received after order completion.
2.2. Following the successful completion of an online order, the buyer receives confirmation of the services provided at the email address provided.
2.3. The Site Administrator may subsequently send you promotional offers by SMS or email for other events organised in your city or that may be of interest to you. The purpose of these messages is customer loyalty. If you do not wish to receive such information, including annual newsletter resubscription messages, please write to us at [email protected] to fully unsubscribe, expressly requesting this. If you unsubscribe from a particular newsletter, to receive no further communications from Webnet Solutions SRL in the future, you must request full unsubscribe.
2.4. After redirecting to the payment processor, users have a maximum of 10 minutes to pay for the order, otherwise it will expire.
3. Customer relations
3.1. You can contact us at [email protected] for requests or questions regarding the services offered by Webnet Solutions SRL. Sometimes, due to the high volume of requests, receiving a response may take up to 48 hours or more, depending on the complexity of the request. We assure you that all customers are equally important to us and that we make every effort to respond as quickly as possible and provide you with quality services.
3.2. All communication with our customers is in writing so that we can track discussions and resolve your requests as efficiently, quickly and carefully as possible. We encourage you to use the above address and thank you for your understanding.
4. Payment methods
4.1. Card payment – Payments by debit or credit card are processed by https://netopia-payments.com/, the Site Administrator's partner for processing these payments. Communication with the processor is via a secure SSL connection, with transmitted data being encrypted. All card information will be processed exclusively by the payment processor. By keeping the "Enable fast payments" option active in the online payment form made available to the Site Administrator by the payment processor, the user gives consent for the activation of the service whereby subsequent online payments can be made only by entering the CVC2/CVV security code. The actual amount to be paid will be displayed before you are redirected to the payment processor's page.
4.2. Bank transfer payment – A written request to [email protected] is required for the transmission of bank details.
5. Information on the right of withdrawal applicable to a contract concluded between a professional and a consumer
For this contract, the provisions on click-wrap distance contracts apply – the express expression of consent to conclude the contract takes place through the actual payment of the price, which represents the act of express manifestation of your will to contract from the moment our company becomes aware of the payment, in accordance with electronic commerce law.
In accordance with Art. 16(1) of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, "the following are exempt from the right of withdrawal provided for in Art. 9-15 with regard to distance contracts and off-premises contracts:
- a) service contracts, after the full performance of the services and, where the contract gives rise to a payment obligation for the consumer, if performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and after the consumer has confirmed that they are aware that they will lose the right of withdrawal after full performance of the contract by the professional;
- c) the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised;
- m) contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, if performance has begun and, where the contract gives rise to a payment obligation for the consumer, under the conditions that: (i) the consumer has given prior express consent to the start of performance during the withdrawal period; (ii) the consumer has confirmed that they are aware that they will lose the right of withdrawal as a result; (iii) the professional has provided confirmation of the conclusion of the contract in accordance with Art. 7(2) or Art. 8(7)."
- Thus, payment for a place at one of our events represents your express consent to the start of performance of the contract from the moment our company becomes aware of the payment and represents your confirmation that you are aware that you will lose the right of withdrawal.
